Occupational Health Nurse / Advisor - (Hybrid)

About us
Join a forward-thinking occupational health team based in Hull, working under their clinical lead alongside technicians and nurses.
Flexibility is key – approximate hybrid structure of 1-2 on-site days per week.

Your Role

  • Conduct virtual and on-site management referrals.
  • Partner with technician team daily, supporting clinical cases (e.g., health surveillance, fitness-for-work assessments).
  • Operate under clinical lead guidance as part of a broader clinical team.


What we’re looking for

  • Registered Nurse with NMC registration and ideally an OH qualification.
  • Solid experience in occupational health case management, surveillance, and fitness-for-work assessments.
  • Strong report writing skills
  • Able to work autonomously within a team
  • Confident travelling to client sites
